Stroller Strides Classes: Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am
We meet under the Farmers Market shade structure by the dog park. Please bring your stroller, water, yoga mat/towel for core work, and any comfort items for your little one(s). No equipment will be available to borrow. No toys or snacks are to be shared between kids.
On rainy days, classes will remain in person and stay dry under the Farmers Market shade structure.

Classes
Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Stroller Barre®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Strides 360™
Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!
Body Boost®
Body Boost® is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
Body Ignite®
Body Ignite is a strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Body Well $399 Purchase required to enroll
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Class will meet Mondays + Wednesdays at 6pm at Bridgeway Lakes Boathouse in West Sacramento.
